What is Math Coach Huddle?
a professional learning membership designed specifically for K–8 math coaches and leaders. It provides the tools, structure, and community support needed to make coaching more intentional, sustainable, and impactful.

Mona Iehl is a former classroom teacher turned instructional coach who helps educators create math classrooms full of curiosity, collaboration, and confident problem solvers. She is the author of Word Problem Workshop: 5 Steps to Creating Classrooms of Problem Solvers, a teacher-tested, research-backed routine she developed and has taught to hundreds of teachers across the country. Mona brings over 18 years of experience and a deep belief that every student can grow in math through discourse, struggle, and real-world problem solving.
