Word Problem Workshop changed my math block. I can't believe what my students can do and we've only been doing this routine for 3 weeks.

My students used to HATE "word problem Wendesday", until I switched to using Word Problem Workshop each day. Now kids beg me to share. We do it everyday, and every student is engaged.

I love just pulling the next problem from the problem pack. It's simplified my planning. Sometimes I use a problem from our curriculum, but I like having problems to refer back to when I'm planning.
